The shop

Battle Born Clothing does embroidery, laser-engraved leather patches and screen printing in-house. Embroidery runs on two single-head commercial machines, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames.

Leather patches since 2020

We started engraving leather patches in 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser. Patches are heat-bonded with our own process on a two-platen hat press, or sewn on request. We aim to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA.

Blanks and brands

Blanks come from SanMar, with its Reno warehouse first, and S&S Activewear: Richardson, YP Classics, Port Authority, Port & Company, Independent Trading Co., Sportsman, Flexfit and more. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO.
