Flat embroidery for logos and names
Flat embroidery is standard thread stitched straight onto the garment. It is what most people mean by "embroidery near me." Battle Born Clothing runs it in-house on two single-head commercial machines, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread.

What to expect
Up to 15 thread colors
Our YunFu runs 15 needles, so most logos stitch in one pass with every color loaded.
Fine detail has limits
Text smaller than about a quarter inch tall gets hard to read in thread. We flag it on the proof and suggest a fix.
Magnetic hooping
We hoop with Maggie magnetic frames. They hold thick jackets and hoodies without crushing the fabric.

Is there a minimum for flat embroidery?
No hard minimum. One to 11 pieces are $12.00 each for embroidery, then $6.00 from 12.
Can you embroider names on each piece?
Ask on the quote form. Personalization is quoted per job.
