Laser-engraved leather patch hats
Battle Born Clothing has engraved leather patches in-house since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser. Patches are heat-bonded with our own process on a two-platen hat press, or sewn on request. We aim to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA.

Sewn-on patches add $4 to $6 per hat, quoted with the job. Patch tiers drop $0.50 every 24 hats, which is different from embroidery tiers.

Is there a minimum on leather patch hats?
No hard minimum. 1-23 hats are priced at $8.00 per patch plus the blank.
Are the patches glued or sewn?
Heat-bonded with our own process by default. Sewn is available for $4 to $6 more per hat.
Do you make woven patches?
No. We make laser-engraved leather patches and do direct embroidery.
